Jamie Crummie about the change in culture around food waste.
Too Good To Co-Founder Jamie Crummie shares the startup’s challenges regarding the perception of what is food waste. When Too Good To Go first launched the perception around food waste was different. The tech for good startup had to educate its audience and let people know that the food they are collecting from restaurants and the wider hospitality industry are leftovers and perfectly good food to eat.
The word waste might make people think about rubbish. Too Good To Go speaks about surplus food instead.
Thank you to too good to go co-founder Jamie Crummie for taking part in this interview.
