For Plasticfree July 2018 at Grow Smart Future we featured one smart idea a day aiming to make the world more #plasticfree. “Who gives a crap” is a standout company amongst sustainable toilet paper solution, not only for their products but also for their social mission of giving back, donating 50% of their profits to Wateraid, on a mission to increase access to sanitation around the world for the 2,3 billion people around the world who don’t have access to a toilet.

Born in Australia and launched in 2012 from an Indiegogo Campaign, the Australian company now also sells in the UK. All of their fund products and packagings are made from bamboo or recycled paper, without inks, dyes or scents, showing that recycled doesn’t have to mean a reduction in quality and feel, while also reducing plasticwaste in the bathroom.
