The Plasticfree Pantry are a small social enterprise taking action against plastic. They are a small environmentally and socially focused business offering whole foods and pantry staples such as rice, pasta, dried fruit, beans, and lentils in paper or home compostable packaging. You can even send them your own produce bags to be filled.

Their mission is to make it easier for people to make better, healthier, and more sustainable choices for themselves and their families and also give them the knowledge they need to make these choices

So far the social enterprise has prevented over 15,000 pieces of single-use plastic being bought compared to if people had bought the same items in typical packaging. The Plastic Free Pantry also supports clean up communities by offering a 10% discount in exchange for picking 10 pieces of litter.
Overall the Plasticfree Pantry has helped over 1,500 people find plastic-free alternatives for some of their food shop.
